Horrendous customer service. Do NOT subscribe to any product or service from this company. They are horrific.

Impact Telecom has some of the worst customer service. We've been with them for 7 years and their customer service just continues to get worse. If you call their 800 number and ask for a manager they can't get you one. You have to email customer support to have a manager call you, and they still do not respond. We've had some simple changes to make to our call queue and it still has not been complete. We've told them we want to cancel our contract in 60 days so we can go with a company that has customer service, and no respo... read more
signed up on Jan 30th was told I would get an e-mail when all set up, I never did I got a call a few days later confirming all my info for porting my number over Had my zip code wrong corrected that, Was told again I would get a box in the mail and e-mail to confirm I am all set up. Feb 15th I get up and Go to use my phone NO service at all, I call because I am like did you get my number ported over? Yes, we did. Awful customer service. The company can’t perform the services that they advertise on their website. Customer support’s way of solving customer problems is by transferring them from rep to rep and no one has authority to make the decision. I would avoid doing business with this company at all cost.
