I have never experience anything quite like this company. I moved and In November, 2016 I had to discontinue my service with them because they couldn't do my inside wiring for my new home. My job was "two big" I was told. I was forced to find a phone company that could complete my wiring. We signed on with Impact Telecom in June 2016 and used their service for six months before deciding that their service didn't fit our needs (there were some technical and reliability issues and the feature set wasn't a good match for us) so we switched to a different provider. Absolutely HORRIBLE. I signed a contract with them and everything got worse after. I needed the phones to be louder so my staff could hear the phones… you know… so they could… ANSWER the phone. They told me they will not help (no new phones no new solutions). I bought an external “loud ringer” that can be patched in so my staff could hear it better when it rings.
