Since the switch from Lingo my service did not work anymore. It took forever to finally get someone on the phone and they were very rude. Worst customer service ever. So I finally cancelled my service back in June and now they started to sending me a bill again. Worst place I ever had to deal with
I have been a Lingo customer for 20 years. Impact Telecom bought out Lingo and Lingo customer service dissappeared. Impact Telecom has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The phone representatives are clueless and technical support has been eliminated Even with a ticket written up by Customer Service the technical team never called me or even attempted to contact me I have closed my account and am moving to 1VOIP which has excellent customer service
It is not a company ...since they took over Lingo...More than 45 days ago I have no service, and they charged me. Customer service is rude and clueless..
I am paying for service and have no dial tone on my business phone. I was with Lingo and Impact bought out Lingo. My business phone was cut off without notice.When I called I was told they no longer use the Lingo router. I paid $50 to have them overnight me the new router. I had phone service for half a day and that was a week ago. I hasve called a number of times and all they do is tell me this is just the way it is during a "migration" (migration being their transferring over my phone # from Lingo to Impact). They charge for no service (the service is not great, either!), not a company to trust. My advice: stay away from it.

Team of lairs and careless peoples. You can have from them ONLY promises! Stay away -save your time and money !!!
