They are just awful. Didn't reach out to have us update payment methods and just proceeded to continuously charge us while having no service. 1/10 Do not recommend.

if I could get rid of this company I would , after talking to customer service about my account my credit card was shut down due to fraud and when I found out that impact wasn’t getting paid they just shut my phone off and when they called me they never left a message to let me know and when I called They Were Very Rude about my situation and I’ve been with them for the past 20 years .

Please, for the love of everything holy, do not sign up with this company. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. My business' credit card machine phone line went down. Called early that morning and was told I'd get a tech call within 2-3 hours per their commercial policy. It's now day two with no call back. I called the "24 hour" technical support four times and got a recording all four times. I've now lost thousands upon thousands of dollars in sales in the last two days as we are a high end art gallery and ha... read more

Impact people please resolve my bill discrepancy before 2019 been dealing with it for long now. Instead of making me wait that someone from managers area will call me and up until now almost end of this year no call received ; when it comes to collecting the payment you can collect like hot potato. Customer service 👎👎👎

I am not sure why people 'Like' this page or the company, but they have a messy system created in such a way that they can charge you extra (after you canceled the account and the service) and they do not give your money back. Every person you talk to, tells you a different story. STAY AWAY!
