Excellent treatment with my care by all the staff and team whilst receiving my spinal injection. The staff were all pleasant and dealt with my requests efficiently .The room was clean and comfortable in fact I only have praise my care and well being. I would like to thank all the staff involved, n highly recommend this clinic.
The service I received was very professional as well as friendly. Waiting times were minimal. I need help after discharge and this was freely and easily available by phone, Arrangements were very quickly made for me to return to the ward for my follow-up care. The Trauma and hassle inevitable with any surgery was minimized as far as possible. I would like to thank all the staff involved and highly recommend to nears and dear's.
Of all the Clinics available for treatment in my area, this is the only one I would use by choice. The staffs are friendly and competent and treated me no differently than I imagine they would a private patient. I went into surgery confident and happy which is not something that could be said for the other clinics, I have experienced with my wife. I had such a pleasant experience in this walk-in clinic yesterday. I didn’t have any insurance and despite I feel they charged me reasonably. The clinic is also clean and spotless. The polite receptionist greeted me when I checked in and let me know about their prices as I was without insurance. The doctor was super nice. Everyone was so friendly and professional that anyone would love to rate them five stars. Really GREAT service.
Amazing! In, diagnosed, treated and out in 40 minutes. Excellent service!!! I was in a room in less than 5 minutes. Staff was very friendly and the facility is very clean. Leave the other over crowded waiting rooms and long delays for others at the other facilities. Solved my problem and I was out the door in 40 minutes . No issues with my BCBS insurance. Definitely going back if I have an emergency medical need.
