The nurses and staff were excellent, being a worrier myself, they put me at ease and the flexible cystoscopy was a breeze, they gave me good advice and made a scary time for me easy to deal with, Great Job, would like to recommend this place. Thank you.

I Visited the practice and have to say i was very happy with the service provided, i left a negative comment once before when i felt a family member did not get the treatment they deserved but in this case i am pleased to say i was very happy with my treatment.. The support staff is also very competent and respectful.

Everybody at the Doctors immediate care is doing a great job! In my opinion they all are very hard working efficient and friendly at this practice and it is very well organized comparing to some practices! For example, if you cannot get an appointment for the next couple of days there is always an open clinic every morning and a late evening surgery on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a Saturday morning clinic for people who cannot make it before 6 pm (commuters) People must realize we are (still) very lucky to get this free servi... read more

Having recently had to attend daily for 2 weeks for a wound dressing, I can honestly say the care, service, facilities, treatment, consideration, compassion, professionalism and personal concern is second to none. This applies to all staff - nurses, receptionists & doctors alike, all far exceeded expectations. A fantastic practice and I am lucky to have this as my local.

I was very impressed by the level of information and friendliness. I was in for a minor operation which involved an overnight stay. We were kept informed about timings and the staff was very good at keeping me at ease. After the operation was a little haphazard due to the last surgery, a sandwich was found (I'm a veggie). It was nice and freshly made. Overall I was comfortable and the nurses made sure that I had enough pain relief. Throughout my treatment I was given all the information I needed and all my questions were answered. I felt I was treated with respect and care by every member of staff I came into contact with. Despite having complications that necessitated a blood transfusion, and a stay of 4 extra hours, it was still an extremely positive experience. The reception staff and nurses were pleasant and efficient and there was very little waiting around. The consultant explained everything well, was very thorough and sent me for the scans and tests I needed. The consultant's secretary was helpful when appointments needed to be changed, but the whole experience was as good as it could have been and helped me make a quick recovery. Despite being nervous I was made to feel welcomed, looked after and supported. The whole team at the Doctors immediate care clinic do a fantastic job and I was overwhelmed at how extremely hard all the staff work and how proud they are to wear the DIC clinic uniform. I wouldn't have a procedure anywhere else. Great surgeons, Great teams and just fantastic all round.

I attended the clinic last year for a number of investigations. On Monday I went to the clinic to try to sort out a problem. I was dealt with by a staff member in Business Development. I have to say they went above and beyond to sort out my problem. They made it possible for me to see a consultant within 2 days. I saw a consultant who is such a lovely person and very thorough.
