My daughter (9yo) is in her 4th year of dance and just rolled her ankle for the first time. Other dance moms highly recommended Yamil’s company for sports therapy and it did not disappoint. Yamil provided a last minute appointment and was not only able to quickly diagnose her injury, but came up with a game plan on how to move forward. So grateful we went and have a positive path forward towards recovery now. Thank you!
My daughter is a 14 years old Dancer, She absolutely loves Coach Yamil, He is been a huge help with her injuries/ techniques, etc.She is part of Imassage and stretch and have her privates every Wednesday. I recommend This place 100%. If you are looking for improvement of your kids.
I can’t recommend I Massage and Stretch enough! My daughter has made incredible progress since we started coming here. The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about each client’s improvement. They take the time to personalize the stretching sessions, and the results speak for themselves! My daughters having been attending imassage & Stretch for almost 2 years but the last 8 months they have been going once a week for private lessons with Jay. Jay is GREAT! We love her so much and the girls have come so far with her! She has helped improve turns, splits, core strength, ballet basics and more! Yamil is also one in a million and his knowledge of the body is remarkable.
