I have been on the Board of Directors for several years & lived at the Crossings for 30 years working with Imagineers all this time. Our Property Manager has provided this Community excellent service in all aspects of issues and problems during this time. We have had Ice Damming, Fires, water issues and ongoing problems during this time. Imagineers has been quick & efficient to respond to resolving these issues. I reside in the ******* apartments managed by Imagineers and its an absolutely lovely property. It's beautifully maintained and they are attentive with any issues or needs. They are responsive to a range of maintenance issues be it an appliance on the fritz or sidewalk needed to be re-salted. It's a wonderful home for our family.

My elderly mother resides in a condo complex 75 miles away from my home & employment. She had major water leak into her basement approximately 6 weeks ago that happened immediately after some very heavy downpours in the area. The staff of Imagineers has always been polite and businesslike. They manage a program for my housing authority and the audits I regularly conduct have all shown high quality work. Outside audits have also shown compliance with the regulations. I would recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide.

I would like to say I am fair and reasonable but this company is so abusive I have no choice but to write a bad review. I own my condo and this past fall there was a leak from the roof...first they told me it was my responsibility and only after I introduced my attorney on an email did they say ok we will take care of it - (its in my bylaws that they are responsible to repair it) by that time the leak went to the floor and that needed changing also. Dealing with Imagineers has been a headache for the past 6 years. They rarely answer their phones and when they do, whoever you need to speak to is never available. When you leave a message, it rarely gets returned and it takes weeks for someone to call you back.
