The WORST of THE WORST Management Company. One time waste company did not pick up garbage on the usual day, one of the homeowner emailed community to ask if anyone knows the reason garbage wasn't picked up. No one responding, so I took initiative to call the waste company. I then shared w/ the community via email that due to employees shortage garbage wasn't picked up. Non-responsive management company. Work order from 2 years ago still not done regarding asphalt damage from snow plows. We went from the frying pan of management companies to the fire! **** ********** ******** **

This property management company is the worst. They have ridiculous by laws that they enforce but not the more serious ones. They neglect basic maintenance of the buildings and then require the owners to pay for repairs/updates.

This company is terrible. I have waited 23 days for someone to repair my front door which is leaking cold air and doesn't lock properly. I have also been waiting for them to refund an overpayment of fees for almost a month. I have lived in my condo for eight years and they have never been reliable. I believe that their property managers are entirely dishonest.

we found that we had a water leak on Friday from the roof and I'm guessing possible ice damn. The people in our community told us this happened a couple years ago and the Association at first did not own up to their responsibility and tried not to fix the problem. Eventually they fixed the problems inside and outside. So we called today to report the problem and what we were warned about is what is happening now. I'm so tired of the run around they give. They have people that work there that have no idea what they are doing.... read more

We have had such a negative experience with Imagineers since August,2018. The lack of communication is unreal, even after we sent in a review back in January. We have requested copies of all communications between Mr. I*****(Property Manager) and the Board of Directors for Glenwood Condominiums regarding our unit. We have had issues with a roof leak, interior damages and mold since August, 2018. Our communication with Mr. I***** has been limited at best. Dear ****, Thank you for your patience. The defects found within the roof and framing of the building have been identified and corrected. The association spent close to $13,000 to address the cause and damages sustained. The cause of the deterioration was related to the roof over 19 where it meets 17. This area has been repaired and “Dried in” to protect the building until the roof is fully replaced in the months ahead. I'm very taken aback by their ability to careless about the tenants in the condominiums. In my experience associations not only manage grounds but also care for the communities their condominiums create. In my experience it's been a brush off and screw you when it pertains to following the booklet created for my current condo and I'll have to relocate due to incorrigible, drug dealing neighbors. I expected more and better from Imagineers. I was under the impression they were one of the best but learned quite the opposite.

I am in the middle of a horrible experience with Imagineers. We have been attempting to get a leak fixed since August 11,2018. It is now January 14, 2019 and the problem is not resolved. It has been made worse. We have a potential mold issue that the contractor refused to test for and patched the wall so that we could not have it tested. Getting anything done in a timely manner is near impossible with them. The person they sent to patch the holes that have been in our walls and ceiling for over 3 months was horrible. My over all experience was "neutral". If it wasn't for Gary the maintenance man for April Gardens, I don't believe my condo unit would be fixed. I had to speak to my attorney in order to even get the work that needed to be done on my condo completed. The plywood in the basement of my condo was rotting from water damage. The water was coming in because the deck was never make properly and the flushing was not installed properly. I noticed this December 2017. As most in CT know, it was a extremely cold winter.
