Imagineers is by far the most inept management organization I have dealt with. They do not communicate with the residents and when they are called out for this the company takes no responsibility. The worst offenders that we personally deal with is Michelle W who is beyond careless with her job and Donna R who is frankly rude and completely inappropriate. Meriden Housing Authority for the Section program is now being handled by Imagineers LLC; I am a property owner, and my tenant is a section 8 recipient; Imagineers LLC are now two months late in providing homeowners like me with prompt payment for two months in a row. Numerous emails sent to head of management and management without any response. After numerous phone calls I was informed that they are having bank issues. To Whom It May Concern: Taking the time to report on a company that is possibly doing fraudulent charges to Condo owners, including us. So far we have had 4 attempts made by them where each time we proved them wrong with their questionable accounting. Three late charges of $50 out of 4 times they have taken away the fee except for this recent one which were are awaiting still for the company's property manager to respond along with our condominium board members. I have called a few times and it took by me threatening reporting to the BBB to receive a call back with a few minutes of my 3rd call. You would think she would be more apologetic vs being hostile on the phone. She was giving me excuses and no reason why I could not get a returned call. I’m guessing if you want a prompt call back that you threaten that will report them to the BBB. Literally couple minutes before I received a call back. I want to extend my thanks to the entire imagineers construction team and their leadership. I used imagineers for my kitchen and bathroom remodel and for painting my entire home. They did an amazing job. Imagineers is not just a property management company, they also have a construction division. The construction division is completely separate from the property management division. I have been harassed by the assistant property manager, Kerry G******* with Imagineers LLC. I've received letters and emails regarding a false complaint against my unit involving children that are not associated with my unit. There have been safety concerns with young, unsupervised children playing in the street of the complex.
