Absolute SCAM of a company. I am 7 months pregnant and sorted through HUNDREDS of empty toners to send to this company. Followed their annoyingly complicated shipping instructions exactly as they asked, sent three large boxes and they paid me 1/4 the amount and said the toners were broken which is why we didn't get the full amount. They only provided pictures for some of the toners and won't send the remainder due and since they have thrown them away they can't send those back t... read more

Unfortunately Mrs. ***** did not follow the shipping instructions at all. All items were just throw in the boxes with no packing of any kind. She was paid for the ones we could salvage, but the rest we could not. We do have pictures of the boxes we received and did provide her with the pictures. We are not out to scam anyone.
This was my first time to use Tonerbuyer.com and have to say it was a great experience. The sales rep. I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone with new or used items to use Tonerbuyer.com
