Service and quality 2nd to none!
Update to the earlier review below 2 days ago: I was contacted by management and asked if they could resolve the matter, which they have to my satisfaction. Appreciated the attention and understanding from the Illawarra manager. Tires themselves are fine.

Really not good experience at all. Belligerence and smart mouth owner when I politely asked for an itemised invoice before paying. “Incredible” customer service attitude. While driving 6km down the road afterwards the steering wheel is not centered from the wheel alignment billed. Taking the car foe an independent inspection tomorrow and contacting Fair Trading if necessary. Sorry if this review is different from the ‘gushing’ statements below.
I brought my car in with the spare tyre on after getting a flat, and the guys were very approachable and explained exactly what needed to be done and put a new tire on straight away. Highly recommend!
