We love Ikea and make the trip there pretty often. We went yesterday and I was so disappointed that there was a lady sitting right outside the door of the only exit smoking a cigarette. Wish that one of the many workers right there would have asked her to move away from the door.

I received an email that my delivery would be Friday. The delivery guy called and said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday and maybe a different truck. I received an email from Ikea that it had been delivered! To who? Not me! OMG!!!!!! I had no idea how bad this has gotten or I would have never ordered from them. And like others, on hold for hours to talk to someone and file an "investigation". Am I going to have to file a lawsuit, or with so many of us, maybe a class action? Great prices. Not heavy duty furniture but sturdy enough for a tiny house. Lol

I knew what I needed, so I appreciate being able to go directly to the shelves instead of having to weave through all that showroom. Plus, I found a sofa cover set to match mine in the "as is" room for a great discount!
Love walking thru the store. Easy to find our choices and even tho it's intimidating with all the pieces laid out the instructions and assembly are easy.
It's Ikea. That should sum it up. Expect to sweat, run into people, have anxiety looking for something in the stockyard, not find anyone who wants to help when they're busy (if you want help, go first thing in the morning when they open). It's a place that you go to knowing you need to have the attitude and mentality for all of the mentioned. It's all self-serve.
