Today I am rating the cafeteria experience. We stopped in and went for lunch like we normally do before going in our shopping adventure. Two fails. 1- the cashier overcharged our meal and then challenged me that he rang it up. 2- THERE WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD. This has been my first WORST experience at IKEA and I have shopped at IKEAS in Miami and Houston. Very disappointed with this visit.

Shity customer service! I requested to cancel an order that I made online and fed ex delivered it.. Then Ikea tells me to go online to print off a return slip but never tell me where to get a return package slip.. So now I'm on the phone and I've waited for like 15 minutes and still no answer. So screw off
Customer service is a thimg of the past. The counter clerk at "customer service" was rude and insolent. I asked to speak to the manager. They sent, Diego, a boy in his 20's. I asked to speak to his boss and was told there was no one higher. Really? Diego. Boy of 25. You're in charge of this multi million dollar operation? He refused to give me his last name. I think ikea needs to open a store in Oklahoma City so I don’t have to spend 6 hours driving round trip to Frisco, TX and save me some gas money. Paying for gas cuts out some of y ikea budget.
