Ikea is a great store with great, affordable products and reliable service. Been in multiple times and never had an issue, always plenty of checklanes open and never a wait for any service through the store.
I love IKEA website. The Frisco store is a zoo. I was shocked to find large families treating it like some kind of Chuck E Cheese, schlepping all over furniture displays as personal lounge pieces for prolonged periods of time. It was bizarre. The onslaught of rude "shoppers" left displays disheveled and unsightly. There was no way to look at additional pieces of a sectional I purchased last month online. I think the workers just feel defeated.
What ever you need for the home is here! You can have a good lunch too!

Albeit, I went on a Tuesday evening (and it wasn't busy), the staff was more than friendly and helpful. I was able to walk around and take my time and had a relaxing visit. The cashier was really friendly, too. Thank you!
