IKEA supports local small business owners. I love to shop at Ikea Frisco, TX. I like their new design center that caters to small business owners. Our Networking group (North Texas Business Networking) meet every week at the store. Julie and Lyn have been helpful and have great customer service.
My experience was average/below average. Very difficult to find floor help. Really also needed help loading very heavy things into my vehicle but I don't think they do that. The worst thing was that so many shoppers brought their ENTIRE family, family members not shopping but tagging along and clogging up the crowded store. TONS of little kids having meltdowns and other kids treating the whole store like a playground. I was there for hours and was really glad when I left.

I found the perfect cart for my tiny laundry room, very simple assembly, I wish IKEA would come to Arkansas.
We always enjoy shopping at IKEA. Sales clerks and cashiers are helpful and friendly and products are appropriately priced.
I went in with a return. Short wait on a comfy couch for assistance. The counter clerk was very nice, handled my transaction quickly and took the time to acknowledge my 7 year old granddaughter who was shopping with me. Was able to pick up the item I actually needed and check out quicky. I’ve found that all employees have been super nice and helpful - most of the other shoppers have been great, exchanging opinions on items were both looking at/for. We had a great shopping time on Sunday, 3-11-18, but Delia, the cashier #10064532 on Aisle 12, was extremely rude. She has no business dealing with customers at all. My husband told her that he was sorry and he didn’t want to make her job any more difficult as we had lots of items and Delia replied that, yes, he was making it much more difficult. If she cannot deal with customers purchasing large amounts of items and spending hundreds of dollars, then cashiering is obviously not the right job for her in a high-volume store s... read more
