Been to a lot of IKEAs in my day and this is by far the worst one. Beautiful building but the staff needs a ton of work. No one seems to know what they are doing 4 different answers for one question... give them about 6mo to a year then get trained up..
RecommendedThe food was good(salmon warp) and the sparkling drinks was tasteful. I got the chair and Ottoman there.,l experienced a good service.
My first time at IKEA! I thought it was definitely a unique store and pricing was great. I loved the kitchen area with the whole room pricing. I do think that there should be better directions for both the shopping/picking of merchandise and exiting from the store. We followed Exit signs and were not successful in getting back to the first floor without asking for assistance. Otherwise I loved the store and concept!
I am so happy that we finally have an IKEA here in Columbus. I have been going there for years in Cincinnati and Pittsburgh, I love the prices, the cleanliness of the store and the helpful staff. I will definitely be back soon😍

Had never been to an IKEA store. Was very impressed. Thought it would be overpriced. I was wrong....and the selection? Whoa, off the charts! I will be back!
So the store is amazing and the staff we encountered through out the displays were very helpful. I'm giving it a 3 because of our experience in the cafe. We had 2 orders of chicken tenders, one had a huge bone in it and on the other plate a tender was full of cartilage. I took the plates back to a cashier, Lacey (who was very sweet). She called for a manager and it took over 20 minutes for someone to come perform the refund. Lacey was very apologetic for my wait.
