Happy time there. Love all the people. Ikea employees were happy and helpful. Entertainment of music and Irish dancers. They had all the lines open and moving in the cafeteria. Would have stayed longer get but wanted to enjoy the sunny Sunday afternoon. Outside too
Don't try to return anything in store...one person on the register with a huge line.
RecommendedIt's definitely a must see. I've been to the ones in Pittsburgh and West Chester and this one seems larger to me. The staff I came across were all friendly. The cinnamon buns were good. I'm glad Columbus finally has one.
I was concerned since this was it's first weekend, but they had people in the parking lot directing cars to spots and people in the café helping usher guests through the experience and other people bussing trays. All this made for a pleasant experience even with the large numbers of people. I've been to two other IKEA locations, one in Abu Dhabi and the other one near Cincinnati, and this experience was truly world class.
It's the 44th store and my first grand opening ceremony helping them from IKEA Paramus in NJ
Great prices. Awesome place to shop for gifts! Food was wonderful.
They did a great job managing crowds and everyone we interacted with was nice but not in your face trying to make a sale. Great atmosphere for families and fun to explore. We'll definitely be back.
Employees were friendly & the checkout line moved quickly.
