Ikea is an amazing store we loved it and sharing it with our friends at how great of a store it is, the reason behind the 3 stars is based off of staff the kitchen staff was beyond rude to us Sunday and so was the safety staff with this experience we would rather drive to the store in West Chester due to the friendliness of the restaurant staff but actual sales and floor staff were beyond helpful. It is a shame that the safety/ parking and restaurant staff is so difficult to understand why they are so rude.

Other than being crowded due to being new - the store itself was awesome. Friendly employees. Some decent deals! Some things are a tad expensive for me personally. But other items are great, we found a table with 4 chairs for only $149. So I was happy :) next time we will go when it's less crowded and so we can try out the food there!
Love IKEA but not impressed with the parking situation at all. Loads of empty spaces in the main lot but they had every entrance blocked and were directing people to an outlot to park and be shuttled into the main lot. We stood at the same place where the previous shuttle picked up people as we waited for the next one. This was our first trip to the Columbus, OH Ikea after having visited the Michigan Ikea several times. We drove from Cleveland and Ikea is very convenient to I-71, which I liked. We went on a Saturday about a week after it opened and it was CRAZY! They did have several attendants in the parking lot directing traffic which seemed to help.
