Very unprofessional and slow! Today's excuse was the bridge and power outage however I've been in here before and received the same slow service. Our waiter acted confused it was a all around mess and I won't be back! Do better!
Horrible food, horrible service I would never go to an IHOP again. I should have known when there was no one in the resteraunt that it wasn't gonna be good. We walked in were seated after they argued about who was gonna seat us then just sat for about 20 minutes without no one even coming over. Finally I said umm ain't no one coming over then someone come and the cook comes out like thanks for your patience I'm trying to leave so I need to hurry and cook your food wow smh worst service and food in the world!!!
This is my second time visiting this IHOP in about a year. The front end service sucks! We walk in and we're just standing while the employees are standing around up front. No one greets you! No one is around to take down names so they get the order in which we arrive confused. I never have this problem with the IHOP in Chamblee, Georgia. One word GHETTO. The service was the worst and normally i love this IHOP but today was absolutely horrible we had a big party of about twenty people. Don't think I'll be going back to that IHOP again
Ms. Willie is the best server I've ever had. She made us laugh and feel extremely comfortable. I would come back just for her alone. The food was great also but sometimes the service makes all the difference.
