The place was nasty it took twenty min to be seated because all the table were dirty and because it wasnt there section they didnt wanr to clean, they clean the table we sat at and left the others dirty. The waitess come to the table mad because she had to clean the table so i had to ask her if she was ok because maybe she needed a break she kinda got it together she got orders wrong just not a good experience won't be back manager in the back chilling while her store is a mess ridiculous.
Our waitress was the best! Called us the royal family and treated like one! Loved it!
Horrible wait staff. Cold food.. yuk! #neveragain Not sure why they never get food orders correct?
I don't like giving bad reviews but, I will if I don't feel as though ya ain't "into" customer service at your job. The waiter took forever with the drinks, never checked on us for refills. The food took a long time and, by the time I got my ketchup, I was almost done eating.
We have a Birthday Club that meets once a month at IHOP for breakfast. We are always satisfied with the food and the staff. The prices are great also.
