Orders are always made wrong, always missing items, and promised wait times are double what they tell you. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
The service was terrible. Took us forever to get waited on (they were not busy). While we were waiting, a waitress took food to a table and walked off. She came back, picked the plate up, after a child had put his hands on the plate and took it to another table. My husband ordered scrambled eggs, but they brought them over easy, and his hash browns were burnt. I ordered pancakes, which were cold as ice when I got them. Will not be back.

As an Operations Manager I feel that the service was very slow and that says a lot considering the restaurant was half empty. Most importantly in the time of a pandemic. The employees, including the manager and hostess mask were not covering the nose or mouth. They were wearing their mask on their chins. The bus boys were very unprofessional flirting with the female customers.

Now for COVID 19, IHOP posted signs no changing tables after seated and if you get seated in the sun with infant and children they will not move you if a shaded tables becomes available when you haven’t even ordered anything. Had an infant on the end cap facing the sun and they refused to let me put the baby on the other side of the table where the shade is with us having two tables with our own family members.
