Awful, I could tell it was not a good idea to eat from the time we walked in, the bench at our table was not safe, when I sat down it totally lifted up! When the waitress came to our table her hygiene was horrible, dirty clothes with no apron! By this time I knew I was not eating, my husband and son ordered so I decided to just order pancakes. The food came out, my plate was dirty, my husband took one bite of his food and finally said let’s go! He paid and left a tip, way more than what I would’ve done (that’s just him)!
The server was friendly enough but the food took a very long time coming. The sausages looked as if they had been waiting for me since I first got in; a bit shrivelled.
The worst experience ever every single time. I will NEVER go again !!
My server made a mistake in my order. The manager refuses to remove the item, although I didn’t order it and is making the server pay for it. Poor management. I will not be visiting this location again.
Awful awful awful. We were seated for 10 mins before our server even greeted us. The bathroom smelled like stale urine. I ordered a build your own omelet with peppers and onions, and tomatoes. There was 6 cubes of tomato, and ONE piece of a pepper. I was charge $2 extra for that! My food was cold and the omelet was almost a scrambled egg. It was broken and falling apart. Our server never checked on us. And I never got the water that I asked for. Absolutely terrible.
