RecommendedThe first time was good service. my 2nd visit during this stay was barely okay. The restaurant was freezing. My server seemed disinterested, although her service got better as time passed. From the comments here, it seems the corporate office needs to get involved here and make some changes.
Food took forever, food was cold when received, male hair was on plate, no silverware was given and took long to even bring some back, manager has a whole attitude problem, half the waitresses was standing round on phones doing nothing and when called to ask for number to complain because it wasn’t on reciept, one of employees hung up in our face twice and was told to google it. So corporate was called.
food was good and our server Lois was the best
I had the grill chicken and it was so good
It was an AWFUL experience it smelled, servers were not engaging had to ask who my server was...after 10 minutes asked can they at least get our drinks. Finally, Trousant came took our order never saw him again until time to pay the check. One lady was somewhat helpful and pleasant she bought out our food and refilled my grand daughters drink. I will NEVER return to this particular location. Isn't worth my money or time. Not to mention it seemed almost an hour before we got our food and the portions are small.
The place was extremely loud from the young workers. They were not professional at all. The waitress sat me down and brought my food to be almost 45 minutes later, which my pancakes were ice cold. The butter wouldn’t even melt. I didn’t see her anymore until I got up to find her so I could check out. Not to mention she didn’t offer any refills and did not make sure I needed anything the whole time I was there...instead she was at the counter on a personal call. I will not be back. Nasty place,service sucked,the food was half done and the waitress act like it was a inconvenience to wait on us I’ve never been so dissatisfied in a I hop in my life and usually that’s my favorite place to eat for breakfast.my Eggs was supposed to be scrambled and they were running the toast was hard and it looked like someone had took a bite out of one peace.
Very good food and service the male waiter jokes wasn’t too funny but other then that I had a great experience
Very Accommodating to our group even when we had to make last minute adjustments
