answere the phone i treated my family with breakfast in bed used the web site and doordash they took my payment but one whole meal was missing tried to call then to let them know, everyone makes mistakes so i wasn't angry until i called and they were answering the phone and hanging up without even saying hello I TRIED 7 TIMES I WILL NEVER EAT FROM HERE AGAIN🤒

We came out with the kids for pancakes 🥞 for supper. We’ve waited over an hour for food and no refills. I had coffee filled my cup up once, kids never got refills. 1 hour 20 minutes before 3 of the 4 of us got our food. Another 30 minutes before last order was ready. Sadly was offered no apologies, Bill over $40 for 4 people. Normally wouldn’t be an issue; although with bad service and no apology. They did take off a sandwich, only to put it right back on.
Our hostess and waitress were both very friendly. They sang to my babies for their birthdays, it was really sweet!
the food was ok but the store is as filthy as always....not for me again....the table beside ours was dirty and the floor for sure....manager said they had a group with lots of people and a 2 year old....only 1 table was dirty and I never saw the 2 year old...why cant they clean up immediately?....and a manager with an attitude....
Fast, courteous service. Great food!
