I loved the food the waitress was a little to slow the last few times I have been there but other wise everything is great

Service was good. Food was cold. Was told by the manager I assume they were shooting for 15 minute food wait times. Once I informed him that my buddy and I had waited close to 40, he seemed shocked and said he'd adjust our checks. After he left though he never came back by our table. He walked by several times but never spoke again, and our checks were still the same. For cold food and a inconsistent manager, good service just isn't enough to draw me back in.

My food was cold and kinda gross tonight. I can't say that I have had anything worth eating at this I hop. ive ate at IHOP ever Wednesday for about 2 months now with a student discount and was informed tonight that my ticket would not be covered under the student discount so my ending balance was 40 something dollars I didn't receive the discount because everybody eating with me was not a student but for months now there's not been any issue very convenient

Waited over 30 minutes for our food, and then we didn't get it all at the same time. Horrible service.

Very disappointing. Waited over an hour for our food. Waitress walked out two staff asking what we had ordered and never a visit from the manager only the three or 4 staff. End result we walked out but did pay for our juice. I would say you need better strong management that actually care. Can't rate since we never received our food timely.
