Definitely not a place to go if you're hungry. Place was not crowded waited 30 minutes for food to come and it was wrong. Each time we have been at this location it's been the same. Never again.
my husband and I have been going to ihop in Shelby NC almost every Thursday for senior night for about 4 years. At first it was good, 50% off menu price. Then they started changing managers. food and service got worse. So how do you think they fix this problem? They go and mess with senior night. First they start by charging full price for drinks. I've been to this ihop twice the first time I called in my order when I arrived to pick it up the staff claimed that whoever took my order didn't submit it to the kitchen needless to say it took over 40 minutes to get my food. The 2nd time the food was really cold and when I arrived to pick it up i still had to wait for 10 minutes which was 25 in total.
