Best guys in the business. No complaints. They are always on time or even early. Can't beat that. I have gotten same day service nearly every time i call and this house being built in 1956, has a few problems from time to time. From needing new toilets to a simple leak. They are great. We have relied on Ideal for all our plumbing, heating, and air ever since we moved into this house. We have used Ideal for electrical, plumbing and A/C service calls for the past 9 years. On the hottest day of the year our A/C stopped blowing cool air. Less than 5 minutes after scheduling an appointment Melissa rang us back; said she reviewed our service calls from when the home was being rented out and found the condenser breaker was tripped last year.
