This morning 9 May 17(Tue) - my shower on-off valve blew out and my shower head started gushing. EMERGENCY FOR ME. I shut off all water to the house. Called GK Plumbing but they were unable to take care of the problem. David at GK Plumbing recommended IDEAL. I called them at 9:30am - told them my story. By 1:15pm Gabriel Guevara (plumber) arrived and replaced both the shower on-off valve and shower head. IDEAL will be my Company from here on.
