I've had several projects done by Ideal, and their service and customer service people have always been top notch. They even replaced my water heater same day - on a weekend - when it leaked and flooded my garage. Pricing is reasonable, communication is excellent. A three generation family business, supportive of the community, they're easy to recommend. 5 Stars.

From the first phone conversation to completion of the service I was appreciative of the attention to the details. Ideal Plumbing Heating Air Electrical was asked to come out and service our 34 year old heating and cooling units at our home. This was not the first service call from them and each time the service seems to get better. This call also included checking the out the installation of two nest thermostats. This is the second & third times we have worked with Ideal on house projects. The first time was installing central AC & heat, and that went so well that we thought of Ideal when we had our next major house project -- rewiring the electrical. Air conditioning circuit card failed during hot period in which Ideal was very busy. Replacement card took a couple of days longer than promised, but was installed the day it was received at Ideal...as a no-cost warranty repair, no questions asked. Technician was friendly, courteous and skilled in his trade, and worked quickly and efficiently. Well done, Ideal. I will recommend you over others for your fine plumbing, heating and air conditioning work which we have enjoyed and appreciated for countless years, now, THANK YOU!
