Dr. Frank, Jessie and the whole crew are awesome! I was involved in a moderate rear end car accident by another driver not paying attention. My car was heavily damaged and the wreck left me with wrist, neck, back and hip pain. After searching high and low for a Chiropractor I found Dr. Frank with Ideal Health & Wellness Center in Franklin, Tennessee . The office has all state of the art equipment. Dr Frank and his staff are amazing . They are very caring and professional. I have been to multiple chiropractors over the years but I finally feel I am in the right hands . I have suffered with low back and neck issues for years . Dr Frank is the first chiropractor to give me an explanation of my issues and give me a treatment plan . I’m very happy here and highly recommend them !

Update: June 3, 2019 I’m extremely happy to see 179 on my scale this morning. I’ve weighed as much as 198 in the past 12 months. I’m very confident that I’ll reach and maintain my health goals with the help of my new friends at Ideal Health and Wellness Center. :D
Dr. Frank and his staff are so friendly and efficient in the details in everything that they are doing to you! I lost 4 1/2 inches in just two sessions. I’m very happy with my results and recommend giving them a visit!
I have only been getting adjusted for 2 weeks now and already feel so much better. My energy is through the roof and I have little to no pain. I would recommend getting a consultation to anyone having problems
