My onlay came out. When I called to make an appointment for a replacement, I was not told to bring in the piece that came out. I could have done that if I'd known it would save substantial time and cost. I've never lost a tooth, onlay, cap etc so didn't realize that. Please let people know in the future to try to find the part that came out and bring it in if possible. Thanks

Excellent service and great personal touch; this is why I have been a patient of Dr Hahn's and his terrific staff for well over 6 years since he acquired the practice from the former dentist...
