My onlay came out. When I called to make an appointment for a replacement, I was not told to bring in the piece that came out. I could have done that if I'd known it would save substantial time and cost. I've never lost a tooth, onlay, cap etc so didn't realize that. Please let people know in the future to try to find the part that came out and bring it in if possible. Thanks
