Easy to schedule appointments, super friendly staff, very informative about procedures, and great dental care! Four of my family members have been in the last week and we all had a great experience!
Worst experience ever.!!!! Went in with a plan and pain in my tooth and they did something totally different.! 3 weeks later I am still experiencing the pain I experienced before going in AFTER THEY told me they fixed it.!!! They charged all my insurance plus a $1000 out of pocket for NOTHING! I’m disputing the charges via Bank and Cigna.! I’m so upset and in pain.! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY.!!! As always, my visit was awesome. The entire staff is welcoming and they always remember me! Makes going to the dentist not a chore.
From the moment I walked in I was as greeted by Jayna. She asked about my holiday and was a doll. I then moved very quickly to Xrays where I encountered Kaylee. She was super sweet and cool. Next, I was shifted to the hygienist whom I felt very comfortable with. She explained that I was in good shape and finally I met Dr. Nizami. She was warm and very friendly. I had a treatment plan with Dr Ambreen Nizami , (see prices in the picture), but today in my appointment they wanted to charge me again by a phase that had already made the previous appointment. for which I claimed that I had already done. the day of my first appointment, they told me that they were not going to charge me for the d2950 concept, and today they told me that if I had to pay... I don’t recommend Ideal Dental NO WAY!!
Dr. Cunningham and all the staff at this office made my visit the first pleasant visit/exam I have ever experienced. I highly recommend them. They are so friendly and knowledgeable.
Great staff.. called and got an appt next business day. Affordable!
