I currnelyl work for IDE management for 3 years and it is an amazing company to work for. The managament staff truly care about the staff and take the time to work with the staff on training. You truly feel like part of the family working for this company.

I began my long term care career with IMG back in 2007. I have worked for other companies in between then and now - and couldn’t be happier to be back with the IMG family. IMG truly believes in Residents First and Employees Always. We receive the training needed to keep up with the ever- changing healthcare system — and always given what is needed to further our teams education, and making sure all of our Residents needs are met. I feel blessed to have been a part of IMG and look forward to continuing with them.
I have worked for IMG since 2011. My position has evolved from entry level to management. They offer great benefits; such as vacation, sick, medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement. The regional teams are knowledgeable and helpful, you always have support. There's longevity in the front line staff, in all departments, as well as in management! IMG encourages staff to have fun. Every day is different. What remains the same is the teamwork and love for the residents.
I was nervous about coming on board with IDE Management because I had no prior experience in the health care field. I was welcomed and guided through my position by a wonderful team. I work with some of the most knowledgeable, dedicated, and most caring people I have ever met. My job is very rewarding, and not to mention fun! I am learning everyday! I love what I do here and I intend to be with IDE Management for a very long time.
I have worked in skilled nursing facilities for 20 years and working for IMG is a completely different experience. They honestly believe in Residents First and Employees Always. We are always having staff appreciation events and community events to give back. Our residents are very well taken care of and happy. All of these things would not be possible if we worked for a company that didn't believe in Resident's first and Employees Always. Thank you IMG for being an absolute dream company to work for!!
I have worked here for many years and had to leave for five years to go to Florida. I was welcomed back with open arms as the MDS coordinator and will always be grateful for the consideration I have received. We are like one big family and we care deeply about our residents and the holistic care they receive.
been waiting for a response from img cares for months and still nothing. they obviously don't care and that's unfortunate.
