Would not recommend. Run far away from this company.
I was excited to start but ended up very disappointed and disillusioned with IDE management group. I worked hard but felt very little support when taking the position. I asked for help and never was offered help or suggestions. I requested assistance with staffing since I was doing three peoples jobs. Instead I was replaced. Then they hired the other two people. I felt used and will not trust Ide management group again. Very poor leadership abilities.
