I can't say enough about this company. You don't find businesses like this anymore. Furnace not working last night by 10am they had Jason here to check it out. We own an old farmhouse so problems are expected, yrs back we had gas lines leaking and we called IDC, for the first time I knew I had found a company I would refer to friends and family and I know we won't go anywhere else. This is a company who cares about their customers and it's evident in everything they do. Thank you!
Rob, Jason and the rest of the crew are amazing. They always have our best interest at heart, even if it means less short term revenue for their company. Jason drove from Westland to Manchester and was here by 6:15 am to install our new fan and motor so we were not without heat in this polar vortec. Great guy very professional and we appreciate their service
One phone call and they came right out, fixed my problem and at a very reasonable rate. I've used them at my rental house too.
