Recommended2 part review. Part 1: A few weeks ago my A/C stopped working. I called a local company (NOT IDC) and they sent someone who spent 5 minutes looking at the condenser said "it's shot' , charged me $100 for the call, then called his sales guy who promptly came out and quoted me 12K for a new system. Wanting a second opinion I found Rob from IDC. We are so grateful to Rob and his team for squeezing us in and installing a new (awesome!) mini-split system for us last week. We love it, especially on some of these 80 degree days! ☀️ Highly recommend IDC - they were professional, efficient, considerate, and "cool" ;) Thanks IDC!
IDC is awesome! They replaced our furnace and a/c recently. Super professional, so well priced, and over all just very genuine, caring and incredibly knowledgeable folks. Admin staff assisted us with getting our appropriate rebates and Rob even figured out that the duct leading to my son’s room has been disconnected and fixed that, which improved the air flow to his room drastically. I highly recommend IDC. This is more than a job to them, they care about you the customer.
