Almost Excellent Service – Contractor "repaired" my door and notified me I should adjust my torsion springs they were not my issue as a Genie plastic part broke. This was repaired and my Torsion springs were adjusted. They were so tight but it appeared to work and whom am I to say what it should be like. They broke into two and left my wife again trapped in the garage in the morning on the way to work.
