Rented from them for two years, totally unresponsive and rude when contacted. Took over a month to get anything fixed because they would only hire the cheapest contractors. Also, impossible to contact. Don't rent from Kudos Real Estate
Rented from this company 2014-2016. Lots of issues with the property were never fixed, including a burst sewer line in the basement. The plumber Tim Lebold called refused to do work because Lebold owed him ~$8000 for completed work. I suspect Lebold is embezzling money through the company by means of an associated LLC called Icon Construction Group. He pays the "construction group" for work done on the property, and doesn't actually have any work done, and then the money goes directly into his pocket. As another commenter ... read more
Terrible landlords. Sent me 1/3 of my deposit with no itemized list or photos showing why... led the home in better condition than when I entered it. Tim Lebold won't answer my calls, won't call back. Etc etc. If you google him, in 2013 he had to turn himself in for 63 warrants that equated to $70,000 for property code violations etc. If anyone reading this is also opened money from Tim, but can't get a hold of him, I think we can get a class action law suit going. I had the distinct displeasure of renting a property from Icon Real Estate, which became, in late winter 2016, Kudos Real Estate. Short story is: do not rent from them. Longer story: my rental had a major interior leak from the roof that I reported, but which went unaddressed for SEVEN MONTHS, and was only “fixed” because I reported them to L&I.
