This guy talk and $800 deposit for an Apartment. That's a tenant wind up stayand did not return my deposit. It's been 4 months guy is gonna pay a lot more than 800 I guarantee that.
Tim Lebold, represented at the time as from Kudos Real Estate, ripped me off for $2120.00. I performed wildlife remediation services for one of his properties which was an abandoned row home attached to one of his rental properties. His abandoned, dilapidated, shell was infested with raccoons. I removed 10 raccoons over a period of 3 weeks. I billed him upon completion at the end of January 2017. Big props as well to Judge Marsha H. Neifield, who has let this guy off the hook a million times when he has been dragged to court.
I am here to echo every other one star review. Our central air broke in the dead of summer and tim took months to arrange to have it fixed, and even then only after threat of legal action.
Stay away!
Unfortunately I have to give this company at least one star, which it absolutely does not deserve. Reading these reviews, I recognize all of the telltale signs of Tim Lebold's predatory and criminal behavior I endured for the past year. Missing appliances that didn't materialize for six months, building in totally run-down conditions (no hallway lights!), flooded basement, an ongoing alarm that was just never fixed, eventually forcing me to move out at my wit's end. What an amazing coincidence that "Jennifer A." and "Joe P." would post the only positive reviews in the past two years on the exact same day! They fix everything promptly and we love the home.
I have lived In a Point Breeze home with them for over five years and they have been great.
