Don't even inquire. Very unethical practices. They waited until 4 days before my move in day to tell me I would not be getting the rate they had been promising me.
Just dont. you will come home wanting to cry because of how dissatisfied you will be with these apartments. nothing will get taken care of. I mean if you want to live in a slum then I guess this is the place for you but if you have any concern for safety and comfortability or any standards to living, you will be better off somewhere else. overpriced rent, and poorly kept up. termites and mold even though they dont want to admit it.
work on every aspect from management to maintance to pest control. One of the worst places I have ever lived. Would rather choose a lindsey apartment and that's saying something

This Is The Worst Decision I’ve Made In MY LIFE. I’m Currently In A Unit Paying WELL OVER 1,000 Monthly & My AC Is Not Working. I’ve Called, Submitted Tickets For Assistance And Went Into The Office To Express My Concerns To No Avail. It’s Currently 85 Degrees In My Unit. I Have A Child With Asthma Who Has Had Issues With Breathing These Last Few Weeks Per The Humidity In The Unit. My fiancé was living here, paying 800$ a month for a 1bedroom ! They told him he couldn’t wash his car in the parking lot and treated him terribly ‼️‼️ I wouldn’t live here if it was my last resort ‼️ he also was without ac for several month and no accommodations where made at that time and the roof had water damage from the ac being out, And his brother moved in and they’re roof fell in for the same exact reason
