Worst living experience ever. Hands down. Would not recommend. Maintenance doesn’t handle anything. Especially not in a timely manner. Property manager doesn’t do a thing. She leaves the other two ladies in the office to take the heat from upset residents. I was moved into one studio that had a water leak back in June and nothing was done about it until I physically went into the office and requested that they do something. I have had the same water damage issue since June. Every time it rains or storms my dinning room ceiling floods. They claim to have had it fixed yet it still leaks! Along with the new shower head that sucks!
RecommendedWell MS. Latasha is amazing she gave us all the information needed as soon as me and my husband walked through the door .. she was so helpful ,I barely asked any questions ..she went out of her way to make sure we felt like we were a priority .
Good Community and people
WORST apartments here in NLR. First of all when I moved here I was first told by my downstairs neighbor that right before I moved in, A homeless man was sneaking into my apartment every night real late and leaving every morning before the sun came up. She knew for a fact nobody lives there as a resident and that was very alarming to me. It took me three months to get my mailbox key which I had to raise hell to get. The office never answers the phone, they said they can’t find my husbands name on the lease, people throw trash everywhere, maintenance never fixes anything and when they do it breaks again in a few days, they charge more for a one bedroom than a two bedroom, and the office workers are just straight rude. We also found mold in our apartment and they said they won’t send maintenance to clean it. We can’t access our main breaker to our apartment. Very poor quality of life. Maintenance does not come by to fix requests. They state that has been passed on to maintenance but never get them done. Claimed they cleaned the apartment before move in, but I had to clean the whole thing myself! Claimed there was new carpet, yet the edges leak an odor of piss and marijuana. The visible sub carpet has not been replaced. This place is a joke. I lived in an apartment in Texarkana far cheaper and cleaner that this place. Don’t bother renting here.
Light fixture has been hanging in the kitchen for 3 weeks. Dryer plug is burned and doesn’t work. I pay for two bathrooms but the toilet by the front door has a leak in the tank so have to have the water turned off to it. Ceiling fan in master bedroom is currently hanging from the ceiling. Maintenance orders have been in. I call the office leave a message no one returns my call.
Don’t even bother putting in a maintenance request or something simple as wanting to check your mailbox... 🗣THEY DONT CARE! VERY VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT! Just read the other reviews!
