Do not live here. Paper-thin walls, you'll hear your neighbors like they're in your own unit. Additionally, management will retain your deposit, which will be given to your landlord, who, as others have mentioned, often tends to misappropriate the deposit, and you will lose it despite the unit not being damaged.
