Do not live here. Paper-thin walls, you'll hear your neighbors like they're in your own unit. Additionally, management will retain your deposit, which will be given to your landlord, who, as others have mentioned, often tends to misappropriate the deposit, and you will lose it despite the unit not being damaged.
They play terrifying bird noises all day and all night on a volume that should be illegal. ALL because they don't want bird on the cars in their parking garage. We stayed at an Airbnb across the street and our sweet puppy was terrified the entire stay. Not to mention you can't even try to enjoy time outside near this awful place.
