History Established in 2009. Icing on the Cake was previously known as Cakes by Mischa. Cakes by Mischa was located the last 5 years in Northern Minnesota. While in Minnesota Mischa had the pleasure of working with the great bakery, Raphaels! After moving to Colorado, Mischa decided to change the name to Icing on the Cake. Ordered not one, but two cakes from Icing on the Cake and both were DELICIOUS!!! Chocolate and carrot cakes were our choice and I have so say, I believe that was the best carrot cake I've ever eaten! Thank you so much for providing exactly what we ordered for our event!!!
They did an absolutely amazing job! My wedding cake was better than i imagined! So incredibly happy I chose them.
We were looking for a pecan pie and called IOTC. They didn't have one ready but made one that we were eating a few hours later - yum! Thanks for the effort and the delicious pie!
the cakes tasted great but after my wedding photos I went back to look at the cake and the icing was cracked every where I was so upset my heart hit the floor. �
The best Colorado Springs has to offer! Mischa made our daughter's wedding cake dream a reality! The five tier ombré rosette cake was absolutely stunning and equally delicious! Our bride chose layers of vanilla, chocolate, and lemon all with raspberry filling. Each was outstanding in taste. We knew Mischa's cakes were scrumptious from the tastings, however, we were amazed at the beauty of the final product. Our guests are still talking about Mischa's work of art! Thank you, Mischa! They did an amazing job recreating a miniature version of my parent's wedding cake (from 50 years ago and without a photo!)! :-D Only place in town that could do it, it was PERFECT and DELICIOUS!!!!! They were great to work with and I highly recommend them!! To see the look on my mother's face...it was worth every penny! ♡
