History Established in 2009. Icing on the Cake was previously known as Cakes by Mischa. Cakes by Mischa was located the last 5 years in Northern Minnesota. While in Minnesota Mischa had the pleasure of working with the great bakery, Raphaels! After moving to Colorado, Mischa decided to change the name to Icing on the Cake. Try them you’ll love them. Last minute order for mermaid cupcakes (chocolate with raspberry filling) for our granddaughters birthday. They were a hit! Their little shop such a delight! With a freshly brewed cup of coffee request we enjoyed a red velvet and strawberry cupcake as we visited a bit. Madison was sweet and we enjoyed working with her. Great job Icing On The Cake!
