History Established in 2009. Icing on the Cake was previously known as Cakes by Mischa. Cakes by Mischa was located the last 5 years in Northern Minnesota. I ordered a cookie monster themed cake and cupcakes for my son's 1st birthday. Not only were they adorable but super delicious and there was none left. I would highly recommend them in the future
