History Established in 2009. Icing on the Cake was previously known as Cakes by Mischa. Cakes by Mischa was located the last 5 years in Northern Minnesota. This baker is with whom my wedding venue is contracted. I have gotten very little communication from them, they are nearly impossible to get ahold of, and the communication I have gotten has all been disorganized and conflicting information. We ordered an ombre unicorn cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday and it turned out BEYOND incredible. It tasted amazing too!! They put so much effort into the artwork and it was pretty much her favorite part of her birthday! definitely recommend them!!
Icing on the cake made our wedding cake and it was the talk of my entire wedding! This is some of the best cake we have ever had, hands down. It’s super flavorful, extremely soft and perfect! Highly recommend to anyone, for wedding cakes or any other bakery needs!
We were traveling from TX to Colorado Springs for my daughters 4th birthday. I communicated with Icing on the Cake via email back and forth, and they were able to make the most magical, but simple cake for her birthday!! Thank you, Icing on the Cake for helping me get my daughter a birthday cake made to celebrate in Colorado Springs!! The cake tasted amazing!!!
I just went in there for the first time and it is an adorable shop and the staff was so kind and friendly and I got the cookie decorating kit kit with which was reasonably priced and easy and less time and more memories to make with my granddaughter and the desserts are delicious and it's adorable I highly recommend you try this place we will post our cookies after decorated

Was referred by a coworker. I had a specific photo of the cake I wanted but was short on time to find a place .They took my order even with me reaching out last minute. The design turned out exactly like I wanted. Everybody love the taste, texture and asked me where I got it from. We had no cake leftovers! I was very satisfied with everything and will definitely be ordering again. Also tried the macaroons the day I went to order, delicious ,delicious too !
This place is amazing! Their customer service is wonderful! they allowed me to pick up cupcakes on a day they were closed since it was my sons birthday. the cupcakes were delicious. thank you so much!!
