History Established in 2009. Icing on the Cake was previously known as Cakes by Mischa. Cakes by Mischa was located the last 5 years in Northern Minnesota. Approximately three weeks ago made initial inquiry for daughter’s birthday cake. Last contact was a week ago without a final verdict. Birthday is in two days. No response to emails, phone calls (with voicemail), Facebook message after deciding on options.

I messaged about wedding cakes for price and all information they said they would contact me back it's been a week and still no reply 😏 so I went with a different bakery and they were more then happy to be able to make my wedding cake
Amazing! My husband surprised me with a birthday cake this weekend and it was everting I could ask for! The flavor was amazing and it was so moist. It was covered in fondant (which I have had in the past and wasn’t a fan) but this was so good! Thank you for making this wonderful surprise that much more special. �

If I could give more the. 5 stars I would. Amazing cakes ordered two. Super easy to work with answered my many questions. Sent pictures of what I was wanting and blew it out of the park.
