History Established in 2009. Icing on the Cake was previously known as Cakes by Mischa. Cakes by Mischa was located the last 5 years in Northern Minnesota. While in Minnesota Mischa had the pleasure of working with the great bakery, Raphaels! After moving to Colorado, Mischa decided to change the name to Icing on the Cake. Just tried the Blueberry Explosion... AMAZING! My Co-workers and I enjoyed them.

I ordered a cake for my birthday today and I was blown away by my cake. I'm a breast cancer survivor and I asked for the symbol for breast cancer on it. It was beautiful! I cried! Thank you so much I love it!

I have to give you a big shout out for the delicious cake that you made for my daughter's first birthday on July 3rd. The cake was so pretty that it was hard for me to cut into it! Everyone complimented the cake on its design and taste! There was no cake left over, that's how good it was! I'm definitely going to order cakes from you in the near future, Thank you!

Made our cake pop wedding cake and a storm trooper cutting cake for my wedding and they were both delicious and fantastic to look at! Easily some of the best cake I've had, and so friendly to work with! Loved everything!
At the last minute, another bakery backed out. Mischa pulled off a huge over-the-hill cake for my husband's 40th! The cake was better than I imagined. Everyone loved it. Will DEFINITELY call Icing on the Cake first next time!
